This typical charming small Dalmatian town is located on the western side of the island of Brač. Venetians called Milna “Valle di mile Navi” (the bay of a thousand ships). Now Milna is a favorite nautical port for those who are sailing through the Middle Adriatic.
In the village, there is a beautiful Baroque church with a typically Dalmatian bell tower. The interior of the church is a work of Venetian masters. Stone houses along the beautiful long coastline are small masterpieces of plebeian architecture.
